Completed 888 Form Statutory declaration by a supporting witness in relation to a Partner or Prospective Marriage visa application

I recently succeeded in my application for a Partner Australian Visa.

This document contains the answers to the three key questions asked in the 888 Form:

1. State how you know the applicant and the applicant's partner or fiancé, and indicate how often you have been in contact with them.
2. State whether you believe the relationship of the applicant and his/her partner or fiancé to be genuine and continuing, and provide your reasons for this belief.
